Data Deletion Instructions
Maysky (M) Sdn Bhd ("Maysky", "we", "us" or "our") provides this page so users can request deletion of personal data associated with our website, business systems and approved WhatsApp Business Platform communications.
How to Request Deletion
You may submit a data deletion request using either of the following methods:
- Send a WhatsApp message to +60 19-356 8850 with the words DELETE MY DATA.
- Use the contact details published on our Contact Us page and state that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.
Information to Include
To help us locate the correct record, include your full name, telephone number used to communicate with us, company name if applicable, and a brief description of the service or interaction concerned. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.
Identity Verification
We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request is made by the data subject or an authorised representative. Verification is used only to protect personal information from unauthorised deletion or disclosure.
What We Will Delete
Following verification, we will delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. This may include contact details, communication preferences, enquiry records and information associated with approved WhatsApp Business communications.
Information We May Retain
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, accounting or contractual obligations, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, maintain security, or document that a deletion or opt-out request was completed. Any retained information will be limited to the required purpose and retention period.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge the request and process it within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements. We may contact you if additional information is required to complete the request.
WhatsApp Communications
A deletion request also allows you to ask us to stop WhatsApp communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Deleting information from Maysky's systems does not automatically delete information held independently by WhatsApp or Meta under their own terms and privacy policies.
Confirmation
After the request has been completed, we will provide confirmation through an appropriate communication channel. Where full deletion is not legally permitted, we will explain the applicable limitation where appropriate.
